Mark Rosenberg Authors Forbes Article on Reputation Protection From Negative or Defamatory Reviews on the Web

June 15, 2017

Intellectual Property partner and co-chair of the Reputation Management practice Mark Rosenberg published the article, “What to Do When You or Your Business is Being Defamed on a Review Site” for Forbes. In the article, Mark notes that in the age of social media, an individual’s or company’s good reputation can often be undone – and at lightning speed – by a negative review on an online review site. Mark explores a number of possible avenues to having a negative review taken down, with a court order or judgment being the option of last resort. Read the full article.
