Eric Su, a Counsel in TKD’s Labor and Employment Practice, will be speaking at the Master Plumbers Council of the City of New York on April 3, 2012. His presentation is titled “New York State Wage Theft Prevention Act and NYS Prevailing Wage Laws.” This presentation will focus on the new requirements for all New York employers and the penalties for wage, notice and record keeping violations.

Mr. Su advises employers on litigation prevention and counsels them on all aspects of the employment relationship, including compliance with wage and hour and EEO requirements, employment and separation agreements, and day-to-day personnel matters. He also litigates cases in federal and state courts, and represents employers before administrative agencies as well as in arbitrations.
