Aasheesh Shravah is Counsel at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP in the Intellectual Practice Group. He manages intellectual property portfolios and procures domestic and international intellectual property protection for clients, including patents and trademarks. Mr. Shravah assists clients in reviewing and analyzing their products to determine potential patent protection, and has expertise in reviewing existing patents and helping clients create/design products to help avoid potential infringement. He also performs clearance and patentability searches, and provides opinions on infringement, validity and enforceability. Mr. Shravah also procures licenses and drafts licensing agreements, and performs due diligence studies of intellectual property portfolios.
Mr. Shravah has prosecuted domestic and international patent applications and advised clients on a broad range of technologies, including mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, basic consumer products (As Seen on TV Products), medical devices, medical imaging, life sciences, nanotechnology, hardware, fuel cells, alternate energy systems, packaging technology, Internet technology including search engines, wireless mobile devices, wireless communication, business methods, steel manufacturing and building infrastructure/materials.
Mr. Shravah is skilled in patent and trademark litigation in federal district and appellate courts, from pre-suit investigation through appeals, including advising on legal strategy and negotiating settlement offers, drafting complaints and answers, managing discovery, and drafting motions for summary judgment, preliminary injunctions and claim construction. Mr. Shravah has litigated cases on a broad range of technologies including products in the fields of medical devices, consumer products, hardware and mechanical devices, wireless devices, Internet search engines and business methods.
