As reported in New York State Division of Human Rights Releases Drafts of Long-Awaited Sexual Harassment Training Requirements, Policy and Complaint Form and The Other Shoe Drops: New York City Commission on Human Rights Publishes FAQs on Sexual Harassment Training, employers must provide sexual harassment training to all of their employees. The state has also issued the final Training Requirements along with the final Model Sexual Harassment Policy and Model Complaint Form (copies of which can be found here).
