Tarter Krinsky & Drogin continues to strategically grow its market-leading Labor & Employment practice to meet the growing needs of its clients, welcoming associate Lynn Hsieh to the firm.
Lynn represents clients on employment-related issues ranging from discrimination and harassment to non-complete and non-solicitation agreements. She defends employers in litigation, including violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADEA and ADA in a variety of industries, including healthcare, hospitality and staffing, among others. She assists employers with federal, state and city employment laws as well as disputes arising from employment contracts and public accommodation and day-to-day compliance issues. She represent clients in response to investigations by federal and state agencies and in Article 78 proceedings.
