Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is representing Tishman Speyer Properties in the drafting and negotiation of the architectural and construction agreements for Lumina, a luxury condominium at 201 Folsom Street in San Francisco, CA.
The project, which is considered to be among the tallest buildings in San Francisco, will consist of two towers and hold 655 condominium units, parking and two commercial spaces. The development is the second phase of Tishman Speyer’s “Infinity” Project, another residential community with 650 units located at 300 Spear Street in San Francisco.
Eric Zipkowitz handled all aspects of the contract negotiations related to the design and construction of the Lumina project, and for the Infinity Project as well.
