Client Sells Interest in Executive Search Firm

Tarter Krinsky & Drogin represented a client recently who sold his 50% interest in a New York City executive search company, and negotiated his retention as a consultant. Negotiations were challenging because of changing economic conditions.

Alan M. Tarter and Andrew N. Krinsky, partners in the Corporate Practice, represented the client from the initial negotiations through the closing. Andrew R. Ben-Ami, a partner in the firm’s Tax Practice, handled the tax issues.
