Litigation partner and Corporate Investigations chair Anthony Dougherty’s case involving a wrestler at Bergen Catholic High School who accused his coach of sex abuse was featured in a NorthJersey.com’s article, "Judge orders mediation in Bergen Catholic wrestling case.” On January 25, 2019, Anthony, who represents the Bergen Catholic parties, presented an oral argument in Bergen County, New Jersey, which ultimately resulted in an order to enter into closed-door negotiations to resolve this case.     Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, a full-service, mid-size law firm announced today that it has expanded its Trusts & Estates practice, continuing its strategic growth and strengthening its client offerings by adding three lawyers. The group handles all aspects of estate and tax planning, as well as estate administration. With the addition of the new lawyers, the capabilities of the Trusts & Estates practice have expanded to include expertise in the representation of the elderly, individuals with disabilities and/or mental illness and their families.

The podcast, called “Law Brief,” is hosted by Litigation partner Rich Schoenstein, and features other Tarter Krinsky & Drogin lawyers who will highlight current issues in their practice areas.   • Laurent Drogin and David Kleinmann to Present ACC Program on 2020 Foresight: Labor & Employment Law in the New Decade

    On October 22, Labor & Employment chair Laurent Drogin and partner David Kleinmann will once again co-present a breakfast CLE program for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) in New York City. This program titled, "2020 Foresight: Labor & Employment Law in the New Decade," will identify and discuss emerging trends and topical issues in labor and employment law that can and should be anticipated in the upcoming decade. 

  • Tarter Krinsky & Drogin Announces CLE Program Series

    Tarter Krinsky & Drogin is pleased to announce the launch of its CLE program series, open to attorneys, clients and others interested in the topics. The programs, which each cover various areas of the law, reflecting the full-service nature of the firm’s practice, will be held at TKD’s office at 1350 Broadway. Advance registration is required. 

  • Giuliano Iannaccone to Be a Faculty Member on the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Fashion and Retail Law 2019: Trends and Developments Program

    On June 7, Giuliano Iannaccone, Chair of the International and Retail Practice Groups, will be a faculty member on the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) Fashion and Retail Law 2019: Trends and Developments program. The program will be held live in person in New York City and will also be available online as a webinar. Giuliano will speak about, "The New Model of Retail Real Estate,” which will cover the disruption of traditional models of real estate, the rise of non-brand specific retailers and their business models, and the new era shopping center, among other topics.
