Robert M. Freedman and Alexis Gruttadauria to Present NYSBA CLE Program on the Basics of Elder Law and Special Needs Practice

On November 15, Trusts & Estates partner Robert M. Freedman will present “Ethical Considerations for Representing an Elderly Population” as a part of the New York State Bar Association CLE program, “Basics of Elder Law & Special Needs Practice,” which will be chaired by associate Alexis Gruttadauria.

The program will provide a foundational understanding of the major issues confronted in an elder law and special needs practice, including the fundamentals of document drafting, Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and special needs issues. Attendees will gain a basic foundation in elder law and special needs practice, preparing them for intermediate and advanced-level programs and sustaining their growth as elder law and special needs practitioners.
