Construction chair David Pfeffer participated in the Brooklyn Real Estate Summit’s roundtable discussion titled, "Navigating the Government.” David and his co-panelists discussed important issues confronting future NYC development, including speedy permit filings, brownfield programs, rezoning and life-safety issues, micro apartments, and shared living and working environments.
