On December 10, Intellectual Property co-chair Amy Goldsmith will present the CLE program, “Legally LinkedIn (And Other Social Media, Too!).” During the program, which is part of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s CLE series, Amy and co-presenter, Carol Schiro Greenwald from CSG MarketingPartners, will explore the various legal issues that may arise from gathering information using social media and attorney advertising.
Session attendees will understand the issues outlined in the NY Rules of Professional Conduct, including advising a client about its social media posts and unintentionally creating an attorney-client relationship or disclosing privileged or confidential information.
The program, held at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin’s office at 1350 Broadway, will provide 1 hour of ethics credits and .5 in skills in the Professional Practice category.
