Amy B. Goldsmith will be speaking at the Law of Luxury Goods Series on July 22 in London. Her presentation is titled “How to Market through Celebrities & Music Bands – Publicity Rights, Product Placement & Endorsement Deals.”
Bringing together luxury goods professionals with stars from the entertainment industry, this first seminar of the law of luxury goods series focuses on the business and legal aspects of forging win-win endorsement deals and partnership agreements between luxury brands and top entertainers. This presentation will feature case studies of successful endorsement deals and partnerships brokered by luxury and fashion brands with film actors, sports athletes and music bands and performers. Ms. Goldsmith will provide key points to take into account while negotiating these types of agreements.
This is the first seminar of the Law of Luxury Goods series organized by ialci, in partnership with Ladurée and Crefovi. ialci, the international association of lawyers for the creative industries, is one of the main international trade fairs of the fashion and luxury goods industries held twice a year in Paris.
