As an associate in the Construction, Litigation and Real Estate practices, Tara McDevitt works with a range of clients, from owners, developers and architects, to construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors. She represents individuals and business entities in construction, commercial and real estate disputes, including:
Tara also drafts and negotiates agreements, including owner/architect agreements, construction contracts and license agreements.
As a litigator, Tara has represented clients in both state and federal courts throughout New York, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. She also drafted briefs and argued appeals before the First and Second Departments.
Prior to joining TKD, Tara was an associate at Long Island construction law firm Goldberg & Connolly.
