Rosemary Douglas is a Paralegal in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. With over fifteen years of trademark experience, she handles all aspects of U.S. and international trademark prosecution.
She assists clients with their trademark portfolios by preparing and filing trademark applications, post-registration filings and chain of title documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She conducts searches and clearance of trademarks, taglines, logos and trade dress.
Rosemary has experience guiding foreign counsel in all aspects of a client's trademark portfolio. She also verifies foreign filing requirements and prepares formal documents, including legalization in jurisdictions where necessary. She also prepares reports for clients on their global trademark and copyright portfolios.
Previously, Rosemary was a Paralegal at Kaye Scholer, WilmerHale and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP.
