Justin Y.K. Chu is the General Counsel of the firm and a member of the firm's Litigation Group.

Justin represents law firms, lawyers, fiduciaries, financial services institutions and employers in litigation raising claims of legal malpractice, breach of commercial contract, securities fraud and employment discrimination.

Justin has vast experience in legal malpractice claims, having successfully tried and otherwise won cases through motions and appeals, and has represented attorneys in multiple jurisdictions and before regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA. Justin also has significant experience in representing financial services institutions and entrepreneurs in commercial litigation, securities fraud actions and business divorces.
