John M. Rondello, Jr. is counsel in the Construction Practice. He represents contractors, owners, developers, architects, designers and engineers in construction projects of varying scopes and at all stages in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the United States. He drafts and negotiates construction contracts and agreements of various types, including owner-architect, owner-contractor, indemnification, termination, confidentiality, copyright transfer and lender assignment agreements. As a litigator, John has represented clients in claims involving breach of contract and construction disputes, as well as in the defense of design professional malpractice claims, property damage actions and New York mechanic’s lien claims.
Prior to joining Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, John was an associate at Gogick, Byrne & O’Neill LLP, where he exclusively represented design professionals.
