Federica Rigato is an associate in the International, Retail and Corporate and Securities Groups.
Federica assists domestic and international clients with a range of corporate matters including commercial agreements, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, formations of corporations and limited liability companies, as well as e-commerce and privacy-related matters.
Federica also works with the Intellectual Property practice in connection with trademark clearance, trademark prosecution, licensing, trademark litigation, product labeling and related issues.
