Alex Spizz is Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Practice at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP. With over 30 years of experience, he provides clear legal advice and a practical business perspective.
Alex focuses on bankruptcy law, corporate restructuring, debtor and creditor rights and bankruptcy litigation. A significant part of his practice deals with advising financially troubled companies. He represents debtors, creditors and trustees in the private and public sectors including the retail, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, telecommunications, food services, chemical and energy industries. He also represents debtors in cross–border insolvency cases. Alex is currently the Chapter 7 trustee of Ampal-American Israel Corporation an investment company with holdings in the United States, Europe and Israel.
Prior to joining the firm, Alex chaired the litigation and bankruptcy practices at Spizz Cohen & Serchuk, P.C.
